Had an amazing time with friends at this place! We loved biking around the lake and catching stunning views of Mt. Fuji. The onsen was perfect after our long days exploring the area. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to convenience stores and eateries, making it easy to grab a quick bite. I'd definitely recommend renting bikes to see more of the beautiful surroundings!
One downside was that we had to set up our tatami beds ourselves, which was a bit cumbersome and not what we expected.

Public onsen for a soothing soak after battles with sightseeing. rental bicycles available for exploring the area on two wheels.
Shuttle bus has set times, prompting a taxi if your arrival doesn’t align—900 yen from Kawaguchiko Station. Rooms can be icy in winter despite heating efforts, and trying to catch the red line sightseeing bus during peak times is a crowd struggle, not a pleasant maneuver.

the onsen has a clorinated smell, quite unpleasent after traveling all day. there was also hair in my bathtub—absolutely disgusting. i expected a room facing Mt. Fuji as i stated months ago, but clearly my requests don’t matter. almost left a great review, but alas, the service fell short.

The public onsen was a highlight, offering a fantastic way to unwind after a busy day of work. Additionally, the convenient amenities, like bicycle rentals and a foot massage service, added value to the experience. The staff were pleasant and attentive, contributing positively to my overall stay.
The hotel felt somewhat dated and could use some updates.

My family and I relished the amazing views of Mount Fuji, which truly added to our trip. We also enjoyed leisurely rides on bicycles available for rental nearby, creating lovely memories together during our stay with two small children.
My wife says that the room could use better lighting for nighttime.

Stunning Views and Spacious Rooms!
The spectacular view of Mt. Fuji from my room window made my stay memorable. The room was spacious with a large tatami area, allowing for a unique Japanese experience. I loved the onsen, where I could unwind after a day of exploring. The proximity to the lake and a nearby bus stop made it convenient for moving around. However, the bathroom could use some updates for better functionality.

The room with the tatami area was spacious and had an incredible view of Mount Fuji and Kawaguchiko Lake. It felt really authentic, especially with the yukata provided. The whole vibe was cozy and traditional. The only thing was that the bathroom could definitely use some updates. But the place had a quaint charm, and we enjoyed our stay a lot!
